TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Leaderbord LLC, doing business as “Leaderbord” (“Leaderbord,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Leaderbord website (“Website”), mobile App (“App”) and related services (“collectively referred to as “Services”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the above license for any User Content you submit or post and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
